General

Bugfixes

  • Fixed the line-model generation on certain Windows devices.
  • The Unity editor should not crash any more with .NET 4.6 as scripting runtime version on MacOS after entering the play mode for a second time.
  • vlUnitySDK: The VLDebugImage prefab should now be compatible with Unity 2017.2. Previously it produced a stack-overflow, which led to a freeze of the Unity editor. Other Unity versions aren't affected by this problem.
  • When using ARKit on iOS the image colors are now displayed in the correct colorspace which leads to more reliable tracking as well
  • Resolving several issues on android devices (e.g. Samsung Galaxy 8), which caused unreliable tracking behaviour

Breaking changes

  • Updated example scenes to Unity 5.6.3. Loading them into older versions of Unity might crash.
