Tracking configuration files

The VisionLib Engine allows to be configured by JSON-structured tracking configurations (.vl files). They describe which kind of algorithm (pipeline) under which conditions and parameters are used.

Issues arising on loading the tracking configuration

While loading the tracking configuration for commercial products, it can be important to notify the user in case that something goes wrong. The feedback is given through the init issue objects, which are passed on all platforms and contain some code that allow dealing with the user of your software.
